SEX
Sex influences our whole lives. At its most basic, sex is a question of gender, whether we are
male or female. This primary distinction into two sexes provides the human species with its
means of reproduction. But its influence extends far beyond the range of sexual activity. Every
aspect of our personal, social and cultural lives is to extent affected by our gender.
While general patterns of sexual activity, in terms of who does what to whom, have probably
changed very little in the course of western history, attitudes toward sexual behavior have
changed a great deal. One of the most striking changes in recent times has been the
acceptance of sex as a valid expression of intimacy and a source of pleasure divorced from
procreation. Another major change is that sex is now out in the open. Probably never before
has sex been so openly displayed and publicly discussed as it is today. At the same time, sex
and sexuality are being redefined and reevaluated so that the range of acceptable sexual
expression is expending. Some of the old taboos are disappearing, and previously unacceptable
aspects of sexual behavior are now being accepted and incorporated into the general culture.
Sex problems are a delicate subject. Sex problems are not something that many people want to talk about. However, the majority of people will experience some kind of sexual problem at least once in their lives. This is particularly true as people get older. A significant number of people experience Chronic sexual difficulties most of their adult lives.
Certainly, sexual dysfunction is a subject which is difficult to discuss openly. For men, the problem may be lack of sexual interest, difficulty maintaining an erection (ED), or premature ejaculation. For women, it may be lack of interest (low libido) and/or difficulty becoming aroused. These problems can be greatly helped if not entirely alleviated simply by adding certain all natural supplements to the diet.
